Customizable products, including in-stock bulky or custom-made items from our U.S. warehouse, are typically delivered within 2 weeks, while overseas stock orders may take 8–10 weeks depending on destination and logistics factors. Standard items are usually delivered internationally within 6–8 working days via express shipping.
All products come with a minimum one-year manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use, excluding damage from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
